- We present a design contract based on the scope and scale of the project
- Our team does a site visit and measure up
- We conduct preliminary design studies
- We schedule preliminary design review meeting
- We revise preliminary design based on client feedback from review meeting
- We present the Final Landscape Master Plan at review meeting
- We provide estimates to construct the various elements of the master plan
- We schedule to begin construction
* Please note that multiple review meetings will be necessary to give our clients opportunity to provide feedback during the most critical times during the design process.
